At the CLC 2022 Dr. Diana SÁNCHEZ-PARTIDA will present a plenary lecture "Disaster Risk Reduction in Mexico: The Most Frequent Natural Disasters and Their Tendency in Mexico from a Perspective Based on Humanitarian Logistics".


Diana Sánchez-Partida is Professor-Researcher and Academic Director of the Postgraduate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) in Mexico. She has published more than 96 scientific papers, is the author and editor of two books Disaster Risk Reduction in Mexico and Humanitarian Logistics in the Disaster Risk Reduction Perspective both with Springer editorial. Also, she is an editor and guest reviewer of several high impact journals. She is the leader of the Humanitarian Logistics Group in the same institution. She received a Ph.D. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She has been granted a doctorate and post-doctorate scholarship by CONACyT. Since 2018, she has been a member of the National Council of Researchers (SNI level 2) in Mexico.  Her research areas of interest are Disaster Risk Reduction, Humanitarian Logistics, Resilience in Economic Activities, and Logistics Operations.
