transfer but not on the spot.
The price includes VAT, organization costs, accompanying programme, a printed publication "Abstracts", catering (coffee breaks, lunches, social evening, beer party). The fee can be paid by wire transfer. Confirmation of payment (tax receipt) will be sent via e-mail after the payment reception. The final invoice will be sent to the billing e-mail address stated in the congress system. In case of the absence at the congress, the fee is non-refundable, the printed publication "Abstracts" will be sent to the author.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received by April 30, 2022. Only then refunds (less a 50 EUR administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
